    A 90 minute Bikram yoga class is a specific style of hot yoga that follows a strict sequence of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayamas). It is practiced in a heated room (typically 105°F / 40°C with 40% humidity) to promote sweating, flexibility, and detoxification.
    It's physically demanding, but accessible to all levels
    Unlike other hot yoga styles, Bikram yoga classes do not include music, hands-on adjustments, or variations of poses. It’s a disciplined and structured practice designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mental focus.

    Our experienced HYH instructor will guide you through this transformative practice step by step. You can also ask any burning questions you may have. It is a fantastic place to start your yoga journey with fellow new-comers

This dynamic approach keeps your body guessing and ensures you get the most out of every session.

    Join us in celebrating the Autumn equinox. The Autumn equinox, or Mabon, is the time of year where the days and nights are of equal length. It's a time of balance and finding a sense of contentment before the scales begin to tip into the darker and more introspective seasons. In this sound bath meditation, we will honour this transition into the darker half of the year, giving ourselves permission to release expectation and work on the shadow parts of ourselves in peace and solitude.

    Bring a Yoga mat, wear something comfortable and feel free to bring along any reflective tools to this meditation. 

    Includes personal intention crystal to take home.
