6 Week Course
Starts Wednesday 21st January - 25th February
New to the mat? This course is specifically designed for absolute beginners. Unlike standard courses, we offer a "Total Studio" experience, allowing you to sample Yoga, Pilates, and Hot Yoga in one 6-week block.
By the end of the course, you will feel confident in your alignment, stronger in your core, and more relaxed in your mind. No flexibility or experience required—just bring yourself!

Perfect for complete beginners or those wanting to go back to basics, this course will help you:
• Learn key foundational yoga poses by breaking them down with a strong focus on safe alignment.
• Learn the Core Pilates principals for a safe and effective practice.
• Improve flexibility, balance, and strength.
• Develop a sense of body awareness and relaxation.
By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll feel more comfortable on the mat and ready to join regular classes with confidence. No experience is required—just bring yourself and a willingness to try something new.

Focus: Introduction to yoga, what yoga is and breakdown of foundational postures

Focus: Revisit what we explored with week one and start to focus more on standing postures and exploring new movements in the body. Expect to leave this session feeling grounded and centred.

Focus: A chance to integrate new postures into our foundations, with an opportunity for taking some different variations for a personal practice.

Focus: In this session, we’ll work with our Pilates foundational movements and core principals. Prepare to feel strong and grounded.

Focus: Explore restorative yoga. Utilising blankets, props pillows to allow us to relax and unwind with deep stretches. To calm the mind and find stillness in meditation.

Focus: This final week is about exploring our signature hot classic sequence. Utilising the heat to increase flexibility and energise the body (Heated 40 degrees C)

How to book your space
To sign up, simply create a Mindbody account through our website. Then visit our timetable page to secure your booking. Your space will not be secured until payment has been made in full. The cost is £49 for the full course of 6 classes. The beginner course classes will run on Wednesday at 18:00 - 19:00 from 21st January - 25th February.
This course payment cannot be used towards any other classes on our timetable. If you are looking to join as a member, please visit our join page. Refunds will not be given if you are unable to attend.

What to Expect
For the Hot class you will need a towel and clothes you’re happy to sweat in
Yoga Mat & water *
Wear light, comfortable clothing you can move and rest in.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class.
Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before class
Drink plenty of water (at least 1½ Litres a day)
Bring an open mind & willingness to try!
* If you don’t have a mat, one can be rented from the studio.
